DO NOT SEND BY UPS OR FED EX it takes longer to clear through the border if out of country, and a customs tax will be added that you will be responsible for paying. - You may wish to insure your shipment when mailing it. (We do!)
- On the shipping label, please mark clearly Return for Refund.
- Please include the name and original shipping address inside the box (sending your receipt is helpful).
